A headshot is the most important thing to have on your profile. It’s the first impression you will make.

Headshots are always awkward and uncomfortable, just like meeting someone new or a new client. I try and present an image of someone walking into a room and meeting their best friends. Relaxed and natural; the image should be a reflection of real life.

A photographer at an event should go un-noticed, an invisible fly on the wall, capturing moment’s in time that would otherwise be lost. They are the images the capture that fleeting second in time.

As a professional photographer in Oxford, I’ve been making images for over 30 years, capturing those moments that would otherwise have been lost. I’ve mainly photographed people in black & white. They say the eyes are the gateway to the soul and the laughter lines are how they got there.

Whether it be a small intimate event or a large gathering with everyone from far and wide, you will know it will be photographed exactly as you wanted.
